Quickstart with HIBIKI support

Learn what you can do in the HIBIKI support portal, how to find the right answers, and what to include when you contact support.

What you can do here

HIBIKI support brings together help for games, assets, web tools, and services in one place.

  • Search help articles across all HIBIKI products.
  • Browse by product or category using the navigation around the page.
  • Use AI chat to get guided answers based on the documentation.
  • Contact support when self-service options are not enough.
  • Check the changelog to see what recently changed.

How to find the right answer

Use this flow to go from a question or issue to the best available solution.

Start from the right product

Look at the product or game you need help with (for example, HIBIKI game, HIBIKI asset, HIBIKI web, HIBIKI learn, or HIBIKI network). In the navigation, pick that product or use the sidebar to move into the matching section before you start searching.

Use search for your exact issue

Type a few specific keywords related to your problem (for example, crash on launch, cannot access dashboard, invite team member). Scan the top results for articles that match your platform and situation.

Open the Help Center for guided topics

If search feels overwhelming, go to the main Help Center. Browse by category (guides, troubleshooting, FAQ) and open the article that is closest to your question.

Try AI chat for follow-up questions

When an article is close but not quite right, use the AI chat to ask follow-up questions in your own words. Mention the product and what you have already tried so the assistant can narrow down suggestions.

If you are still stuck, contact support

When self-service steps do not solve the issue, follow the instructions in How to contact support. The more detail you share, the faster the team can help.

When you contact support

Sharing clear details about your situation helps the support team investigate quickly and avoid long back-and-forth messages.

Include as much of the following information as you can when you open a support request:

  • Product name and area you are using (for example, HIBIKI game launcher, HIBIKI web dashboard)
  • Your account identifier or email address associated with HIBIKI
  • Screenshots or short clips showing the problem and any error messages
  • Exact steps you took before the issue appeared, in order
  • Approximate date and time of the issue, and your time zone
  • Device and environment details (PC/console/mobile, operating system, browser or launcher version)

When you have these details ready before you reach out, support can usually confirm what is happening and respond with a targeted fix much faster.
