What is HIBIKI support?

HIBIKI support is the help centre and support hub for all HIBIKI products and services. It brings together documentation, guides, troubleshooting, and contact options for HIBIKI game, asset, web, learn, and network in one place.

There are four ways to get help:

  1. Self-serve by searching the documentation and browsing Help Center articles.
  2. Use the AI chat assistant to ask questions in plain language and get answers from the documentation.
  3. Email the support team at support@hibiki.co.uk.
  4. Use the support widget in-product. Email and the support widget connect to the same support system, so you can start a conversation in one channel and continue it in another.

Products

HIBIKI support groups help content by product so you can stay focused on the game, asset, web project, learning experience, or network service you are working on. Product pages are still being built out; for the fastest answers right now, use the Help Center and AI chat to ask questions against this help content. Some products are available now while others are still in development, see the status indicators below.

Use the product selector in the sidebar or top navigation to switch between HIBIKI game, asset, web, learn, and network. Within each product, use the tabs to move between getting started, using HIBIKI, billing, changelogs, and support.
