Self-serve knowledge base
Use the search bar to look across all help content by keyword, product name, or error message. Browse by product using the product selector, or open the Help Center to browse FAQs, guides, and troubleshooting articles by category.
AI chat assistant
The AI chat assistant is available on every page. Type a question in plain language and it answers using the documentation.
If the answer is close but not exact, ask follow-up questions to narrow it down. When the assistant references a specific article, follow the link to read more.
If the chat assistant cannot resolve your issue, move to the email or support widget options so the support team can help directly.
Email support
Email support@hibiki.co.uk from the address linked to your HIBIKI account ( if applicable ). The support team typically replies initially within 1 business day. Include your product name, account details, and a description of the issue and if applicable a repro for faster help.
Support widget
The support widget gives you in-product help without leaving what you are doing where supported. It connects to the same support system as email, so a conversation started in the widget can continue over email and vice versa.
Product navigation
HIBIKI support organises help content by product. Use the product selector in the sidebar to switch between HIBIKI game, asset, web, learn, and network. Within each product, use tabs to find getting started guides, billing info, and support options.
Help Center content types
The Help Center combines different content types so you can choose the depth you need: quick answers, full walkthroughs, or problem-focused troubleshooting.
FAQs answer common questions in a concise format, ideal when you already know what you are looking for or need a policy-level clarification.
Visit the FAQ section through the Help Center, or see a targeted example on how to reach the team in how to contact support.
Guides walk you through a task from start to finish with clear steps. They are best when you are setting something up for the first time or changing an existing configuration.
For example, follow the invite team members guide to learn how to share access with collaborators.
Troubleshooting articles focus on symptoms and resolutions. Start here when something is broken, not when you are planning new work.
A common example is cannot access the dashboard, which helps you diagnose sign-in and access issues.
Changelog and updates
The changelog tracks recent updates and changes across HIBIKI products. Go to the changelog to see what is new, what is fixed, and what might affect your experience.
Contacting support
When self-service content and AI chat do not solve your issue, HIBIKI support gives you clear paths to contact a human agent.
Start with the Help Center overview for your product, then follow the specific contact instructions in how to contact support. If you are helping teammates get access so they can also submit requests, share the invite team members guide.
HIBIKI support aims to cover the entire process: Self serve > AI assist > Support Ticket
