Support Channels
How to get support - self-serve options and direct support channels for HIBIKI products.
Overview
HIBIKI support gives you two categories of help: self-serve and direct. Self-serve options include searching the documentation, browsing Help Center articles, and using the AI chat assistant. Direct options include email support and the support widget. Email and the support widget connect to the same support system, so you can start a conversation in one and continue it in the other.
Availability of AI chat and in-product notifications depends on your HIBIKI product and account. If you do not see an option mentioned here, use the support portal or email instead.
