Changelog
Recent changes and updates to HIBIKI support.
Recent changes
This changelog tracks updates to the HIBIKI support documentation portal and Help Center. The portal is actively being built out, and entries are added as changes ship.
Multi-product documentation hub launched
- HIBIKI support now serves as the central documentation hub for all HIBIKI products: HIBIKI game, HIBIKI asset, HIBIKI web, HIBIKI learn, HIBIKI network, and HIBIKI support.
- Each product has its own navigation, overview pages, and help content.
- The hub brings together self-serve documentation, Help Center articles, the AI chat assistant, email support, and the support widget in one place.
Product selector navigation
- Added a product selector in the sidebar to switch between product documentation sets.
- Each product has its own tabs and groups for getting started, product information, support, and updates.
- The selector helps you move between product areas without returning to a separate portal or changing the documentation site.
Navigation restructured into logical groups
- Reorganized the HIBIKI support section from a flat seven-page group into three groups: Start Here, Products, and Updates.
- Start Here contains Welcome, Quickstart, and Getting around. Products contains Help Center, Features, and Support Channels.
- Promoted Changelog to its own top-level tab.
- Kept the Help Center Articles tab separate, with FAQs, Guides, and Troubleshooting groups.
- Synchronized navigation with the file tree so every navigation entry points to a real page.
AI chat assistant introduced
- Added an AI chat assistant that is available on every page.
- Ask questions in plain language and receive answers drawn from the documentation.
- The assistant links to source pages so you can verify an answer and read the full guidance.
- The assistant works best when you are in the product section that matches your question.
Help Center expanded
- Added FAQs, guides, and troubleshooting articles to the Help Center.
- The first FAQ explains how to contact support through the web portal and by email.
- The first guide explains how to invite team members to a HIBIKI support project.
- The first troubleshooting article covers situations where you cannot access the dashboard.
Getting around page added
- Added a dedicated page explaining how the documentation is organized by product.
- The page shows how to switch between products using the sidebar selector.
- It explains how to use the AI chat assistant to find relevant answers.
- Product cards show each product's availability status and provide a starting point for exploring its documentation.
Game title overview pages added
- Added overview pages for all five HIBIKI game titles: Project N2H, Project WL, Project DS, Project E, and Project FW.
- Each page notes that the title is in development under a codename.
- Pages list planned documentation topics so you can see what product information will be covered.
- Each page includes recommended next steps and links to relevant help content.
Asset overview pages added
- Added overview pages for all five HIBIKI assets: Calibration and reference, Physically based auto depth of field, Terrain Tex, CloudScape, and Local Volume Optimiser.
- Calibration and reference is available now and free to use.
- Physically based auto depth of field is available now as version 1.3.
- Terrain Tex, CloudScape, and Local Volume Optimiser are coming soon.
- Each page shows the current release status and planned documentation topics.
Support pages rewritten
- Rewrote the Introduction, Features, and Support Channels pages with plain, direct language.
- Removed heavy AI vocabulary and replaced general descriptions with specific information about the portal.
- The Features page now covers six actual features: the self-serve knowledge base, AI chat assistant, email support, support widget, product navigation, and changelog.
- The Support Channels page distinguishes self-serve support from direct support and explains that email and the support widget connect to the same system.
Changelog rewritten
- Replaced fictional version entries with honest entries that reflect the actual state of the portal.
- Promoted Changelog from a page inside a group to its own top-level tab.
- Entries now use descriptive labels and tags instead of invented version numbers.
- The page records shipped documentation and navigation changes without adding fictional dates or release details.
