Understand your HIBIKI subscription — manage plans, payment methods, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, and refunds with confidence.

Overview

Billing on HIBIKI covers your subscription plan, payment methods, invoices, and changes to your account. This guide explains how to manage each part with confidence.

Available plans

HIBIKI offers different plan tiers depending on the product. Each tier includes different features and usage limits.

  • Free: Limited features for getting started and trying the platform.
  • Pro: For individual creators who need more capacity and advanced features.
  • Team: For small teams that need collaboration and shared access.
  • Enterprise: For larger organisations with custom requirements and dedicated support.

Plan features and pricing may change over time. Always check the pricing page for your specific product to see the current options and costs.

Payment methods

HIBIKI accepts major credit and debit cards. Available payment methods may vary by region and product.

Open Billing Settings

From your account, navigate to Billing Settings.

Edit an existing payment method

Select the payment method you want to update and click Edit. Enter the new card details and save your changes.

Set a default payment method

Viewing and downloading invoices

Open your billing settings

Go to Billing in your account settings.

Open the invoices section

Select Invoices to view your billing history.

Filter your invoices

Apply a date range filter if you need to find an invoice from a specific period.

Select an invoice and download it as a PDF.

Upgrading your plan

Open the available plans

Navigate to Billing and select Plans.

Choose a higher plan

Select the plan you want to upgrade to.

Review the charge

Review the prorated charge for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Confirm the upgrade

Confirm the change to upgrade your plan.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period, not the full plan price.

Downgrading your plan

Open the available plans

Navigate to Billing and select Plans.

Choose a lower plan

Select the lower plan you want to switch to.

Review the changes

Review which features you will lose when you move to the lower plan.

Confirm the downgrade

Confirm the change to downgrade your plan.

Downgrading may remove access to certain features or data associated with the higher plan. Review what you will lose before confirming, and back up any data you need first.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the product and the circumstances of your purchase. To request a refund, contact support with your order details and the reason for your request.

Contact support

Contact support through the support portal or email support@hibiki.co.uk.

Provide your order details

Include your order ID and the reason for the refund request.

Wait for confirmation

Await confirmation from the support team. Support will let you know whether your request has been approved and what happens next.

Refund processing times vary. After approval, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Billing troubleshooting

Use the following checks to resolve common billing issues.

  • Failed payment: Update your card details in Billing Settings and retry the payment. If the issue persists, contact support.
  • Invoice not received: Check your spam folder and verify that the email address in your account settings is correct.
  • Unexpected charge: Review your billing history for prorated charges from a recent upgrade. Proration charges are normal when changing plans mid-cycle.
  • Plan did not change after upgrade: Try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support at support@hibiki.co.uk.
