Export your website

Export your HIBIKI web site as a ZIP file containing static HTML, CSS, images, and other assets. Use the export for backups, self-hosting, or handing your site off to a developer.

Export process

Find your website

Navigate to your HIBIKI web dashboard and locate the website you want to export.

Open the actions menu

Hover over the website card to reveal the actions menu.

Click Export

Select Export from the actions menu.

Download the ZIP file

Your browser downloads a ZIP file containing your website.

What's included

The export contains the files required to serve your website as a static site:

  • HTML files: All pages rendered as static HTML
  • CSS: Compiled Tailwind styles
  • Images: All uploaded images
  • Assets: Fonts, icons, and other static assets

What's not included

The export contains website files only. It does not include:

  • Analytics data
  • CRM and customer data
  • Server-side functionality, including forms and dynamic features
  • Hosting, because the export is a set of files rather than a hosted site

ZIP structure

The ZIP file uses a folder structure that separates pages, styles, images, and other assets.

├── index.html
├── about.html
├── contact.html
├── css/
│ └── styles.css
├── images/

The exact structure may vary depending on your site's pages and assets.
